Modularized structure for high-volume work orders

As Work Order Management expanded to support series titles beyond movies, the requirements for project management grew in complexity. To increase system efficiency and reduce user error, we restructured the data schema and introduced modular concepts. This resulted in a more configurable data model that supports ongoing scalability.

Enabled bulk work order management

With scale came increased interface complexity. I designed features that enable bulk manipulation of work orders—including inline editing, bulk editing, and filtering—leading to a 90% improvement in operational efficiency.

Empowered teams with admin tools

As more titles were added, project creation became a bottleneck. To solve this, I designed a simple CRUD (create, read, update, delete) interface that streamlined workflows for the delivery team. This allowed managers to build reusable templates, accelerating project setup and reducing repetitive tasks.

Drove design system adoption

I led the integration of the Studios Technology design system to ensure platform consistency and high design quality. Through implementation, I surfaced edge cases and contributed new patterns and guidelines back to the system, helping it evolve alongside the product.
